"going by the consultation carried out by Paul Mew Associates (October 2016 available online) on the impact the road closure had on Wyevale it’s quite clear that shutting Church Street did have a detrimental effect on the garden centre’s trade. Keeping it closed could deter a similar business from replacing it." |
