hi all Just dropping by to let you all know about our adapted cycling scheme running in Osterley Park on Fridays over the winter. We have a selection of side-by-side tandems and tricycles and aim to get the most inexperienced and unsteady cyclists around the park, maybe with the help of a friend. We're called Buddy Bicycles and operate next to the main car park in Osterley between 11am and 2pm (last ride 2pm). You can find find out a bit more on the Facebook page of that name. The scheme provides work experience and practical skills for people with learning disability or autism. First ride FREE. Contact cycling @ ourbarn.org.uk removing my anti-spam spaces :) Also need to mention funding for our bikes has come from the London Marathon charitable Trust, so many thanks to everyone who's slogged round or donated. |
