I recall seeing a man who used to walk along the road around that area picking up kerb side trash. A few years ago as have been away. It strikes me that he may be clearing it up. Curiouser and curiouser!" This does sound a possibility - I shall put it to Fix My Street when I advise them that more bags have appeared tied to the wire fence. |
