Cllr Guy can you help please.
LBH has delivered a Green Recycling Box and a Green Food Caddy - just thrown on the ground between 4 households none of whom have ordered these. We have no room to store them, they are cluttering up the pavement causing a hazard. Someone must want them but WHO? Given up holding onto phone waiting in a never ending queue. Can't see how to complain to the council to ask for clarification. I will happily deliver the boxes to the person who ordered them but need to know who it was in our road! My email did not get any response other than to aim me back to the website - useless, there is nowhere on the site to deal with this problem. If nothing else you could get the website rectified. Thank you. |
