| I know I am not able to get any concrete resolution to this and it is really me simply venting but.....ahhhh the continuing yelling, screaming, swearing and general anti social behaviour from my next door neighbour’s grandson, is so unbearable. I do not know who or where I am meant to turn to. It is not aimed at me or my family,it is yelled at either his family or various acquaintances. It happens on and off most days and at all times of the day and night. Any suggestions or ideas would so gratefully be received. |
