| Given that it appears to work on number plate recognition, some way of capping costs should be possible for those visiting. I gave up on 4 wheeled transport in London a while ago, and recommend, to those who can, learning to ride a moped. Parking, fuel, insurance and congestion are all problems that disappear or are hugely reduced for moped users, and therefore make life easier for those who cannot ride a moped (or motorbike), by freeing up capacity for others. |
