The former Director of regeneration and the environment, the chap that liked to cycle to Cannes (and fly back) to promote building spectacularly inappropriate developments before joining one of them, and might have been the driving force behind Hounslow's pro-Heathrow policy, had the right idea.  He lives way out in the countryside, where the air is clear and the sounds of nature abound.
