| Hounslow Council has a long held position that Heathrow should be better, not bigger – and ‘The Council believe that the benefits of proximity to Heathrow need to be greater for the whole community. The Council want Heathrow to be a better neighbour and be more responsive to residents’ views.’ – So what exactly is ‘better’ and what are the ‘residents’ views’? |
