| "So far every party has passed by our door." Selective canvassing is a tactic that is used when time is short as it is in a by-election. Its not an ideal way to campaign but it makes best use of scarce time and resources. In the by-election at which I was elected several years ago working six evenings a week for six weeks we still managed to "hit" only 25% of the front doors in my ward. You should be receiving leaflets from Patrick Barr, my party's candidate. The leaflets contain contact details for Patrick. |
