So true, some of the flats near waterman were so expensive, i couldn't believe they wanted 445k for a two bedroom...in the end it was so much cheaper to buy a house two minutes from there and i no common charges..... I know one of the reason why new flats are so expensive, is because 30% need to go to council so they need to buff up the price for private purchases to make a profit....... |
