| Building Surveyor/Contracts Manager City Central Contracts are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in refurbishments and be able to demonstrate leading and working on multiple projects. Please look at the job description below for more details: Building surveys and specific defect analysis • Contract administration on repair and refurbishment projects • Project management, including progress reports, site inspections, cost reporting etc. • To draft and present management reports to the client in face-to-face meetings • To report directly to the client when required • To work with site management teams Bachelor's or Master's (or equivalent level) degree in Building Surveying. Would suit a recent graduate. Salary negotiable based on experience Office based in Ealing, West London Immediate start. |
