Plaster moldings manufacturer CS Interiors is looking for an administrator for a temporary contract

Our requirements:
Fluent written and spoken English absolutely essential
Good timekeeper, responsible, honest and trustworthy, able to learn quickly about the products and services that we provide.
Good communicator capable of handling sales, dealing with customers, face to face, over the phone, by email,
Must have a good telephone manner
Have initiative with good problem solving and negotiating skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office
Someone who is not averse to a manufacturing environment (office/showroom located next to the workshop)

The job involves:
Handling products, taking payments
Managing telephone and email inquiries and advising customers
Invoicing and accounts, general admin, correspondence, emails
Liaising with the workshop, scheduling, organising orders and deliveries
